Our Process

Whether it’s a place to call home, or an investment property, here’s what you can expect when working with us:

Enquiry

When you call, you'll speak with Jake, who'll ask about your project details and send you our Initial Enquiry Questionnaire. He'll also schedule your Free Discovery Call with a Project Manager and note any questions for discussion.

02.

Discovery Call

In this free, no-obligation session, Jake will answer your questions, clarify ideas, discuss budgets, and identify roadblocks. Whether you're planning or ready to build, you'll save weeks of research and avoid costly mistakes.

03.

Site Visit

Jake will meet you onsite to assess your property and understand your vision. He’ll validate your plans or suggest better design options and building methods. He will explain the entire process from approvals to handover and provide a Preliminary Agreement with an option to secure your build’s start date.

04.

Preliminary Agreement And Concept Plan

A deposit secures our services and engages our architect for a concept design. We may also arrange a Site Survey and Soil Test, along with general scoping to provide an indicative budget.

05.

Refined Design

This is when your ideas come to life on paper. We’ll finalise your plan, select finishes, and arrange Working Drawings, Engineering, Approvals, and Certification for a Final Quote. Once the Preliminary Agreement balance is paid, we’ll prepare the Contract to begin building.

06.

Agreement

Unlike shorter, vague contracts that can lead to misunderstandings, ours is detailed. We'll walk you through every line so you know exactly what to expect. Once the deposit is paid, we’ll schedule your project, including supplies and labour.

07.

Construction

Your plans become reality with site prep, demolition, building structure, exterior, plumbing, electrical, interior finishes, and landscaping. Once complete, services (power and water) are turned on, and we conduct a final Quality Assurance Review to ensure perfection.

08.

Handover

A final inspection and certification ensure everything meets the plan. We’ll walk you through every detail of your home, and if anything’s not right, we’ll fix it immediately. You’ll receive manuals, documentation, and the keys. We’ll also provide an Inspection Sheet for ongoing feedback and return after 3 months for any adjustments. We’ll be available for support as long as you live in your home.
